Pros

The atmosphere is very employee focused and innovation is encouraged by the corporate innovation group.

Cons

Maybe these are just the times, but, for new born babies, fathers do not get any paid additional time off, but if you have a manager who likes you, you get 3 days. Save up those vacation days and save up 3 months of pay and expenses before you use the 12 weeks of FMLA.

Pros

There is a lot of flexibility in terms of hours, scheduling, etc as long as you are staying on top of your work and producing appropriately.

Cons

They are old fashioned in a lot of ways, such as not being allowed to carry over PTO, a slow approval process for over-authority, lots of silos that don’t communicate well.
