      A nice to work if you are looking for insurance experience.

      Cons

      Company too Silo'ed -- puts u in a corner ..unable to help you grow in your career on various platforms / technologies. Management with very little IT experience -- makes it a bad experience when they make assumptions and pass blame.

      Working from home is nice That is all really that I can say is a pro

      Cons

      Nepotism rampant from top down Field has no authority anymore and HQ too busy to give guidance Pay is way below industry standard. They think 3% merit increase for high performers..seriously. Not much hope for career advancement unless u move to Fairfield,OH and are a male
