Family retired and now everyone is just a number. Managers treat associates different depending how they like you. HR backs the managers by making the manager manual vague to the point where one manager can allow their team flexibility while another can not. Female managers go by the book and are not flexible. Managers in general are more concerned about you being at your desk 8:00-4:45 vs. your value add to the client. Pay is low, stay a couple years to get underwriting experience then leave and get a minimal 30% raise.
