Pros
I just started this job and is my first "real job" out of college. The base pay is lower than others but the commonly offers great benefits and promise for raises in the future. There is also a clear route to being promoted and classes/training offered to help you pursue these career goals.
Cons
The company is pretty conservative with implementing new organizational management. By this, I mean that they just recently started letting people work from home 1 day a week. This carries over to other aspects as well.
