      Pros

      The Golden Rule reigns here when interacting with internal and external customers. They put the time and effort into training their employees. Lateral and upward mobility is common. Generous PTO. Generous with RSU's and common stock purchase.

      Cons

      Nepotism for associate's family and agent's kids. Insurance benefits are costly. Had a High Deductible plan with no other options. Base pay is not competitive compared to other middle/large carriers.
