Constantly changing directives. Management breathes down your neck over policies. Work from home was a bait and switch.

Still have one day remote. My specific team and manager are great.

Cons

There seems to be a huge culture shift since return to office. Flexibility has become extremely limited, the company is cutting costs anywhere they can, things are getting scrutinized that never have been before ….what will be next? Will they get rid of company day? Will they stop replacing people who leave and cause those who have stayed double the work? It makes one wonder if we aren’t doing as well financially as they pretend we are.

Coworkers are amazing, and some of the leads really care about the people in the teams

Cons

Managers are untrustworthy and lie, CEO is condescending, benefits are awful, hybrid is being removed for no clear reason. Policies, systems, and ideas are outdated and not thinking about forward movement. There is a continuous push to return to "pre-covid" ways when the world is vastly different than nearly 6 years ago
