Entry level positions, can grow if you are have the right personality or connections within.
Cons
It’s a good place but Depends on the department and if you get an educated and qualified manager. A lot of older management have started there right out of high school and have no real qualifications other than being there a long time. Had a great younger manager one year who included everyone and a rude one another who only promoted and liked people based on personality. Workflow and Methods are behind the times.
