I am so proud of my workplace. I am proud to say I work for The Clare. It is an absolutely stunning facility. I come into work on a daily basis for the residents and the amazing coworkers I have had the blessing of meeting. I have never worked at a facility where I feel so appreciated before. The facility is clean, has all the resources I need to succeed, and a team of coworkers who always jump in to help. I am proud of the fact that I am a much more well-rounded nurse than the nurse I first walked in as. I have learned so much and continue to grow professionally on a daily basis each day I come to work. I feel 100% supported by my team. (I even relocated to the city in order to be closer to work because I love my job so much). The Clare is able to give me the resources and opportunities to grow and succeed.
