Very good benefits. We receive very large bonuses from the residents at the end of the year.

Cons

For my experience, which is a lot, the pay is not very good. You are extremely overworked. People put in for PTO at times , and no one is scheduled to replace them. Nurses and CNA's have to assist with that floor plus your own. Some floors the night shift is fairly light, but there's 1 flr that is extremely heavy and the nurses don't help. Keep in mind the permanent residents are very rich so you are not allowed to tell them no, or you are out of a job.

The staff, all around, are intelligent, kind and hard working. Very supportive work environment.

Cons

Pay should be better. Hourly wage is too close to the new Chicago minimum wage. The position requirements are not equivalent to a fast food employee
