      The cpmpany called mandatory over time on.the last day of work,and I feel they should habe notified us in a timely manner.

      Pros

      A great company for college grads. Excellent training programs that keep getting better.

      Cons

      Not so great for mid-career professionals. Difficult to move up, get noticed and shine. If you were a rock star at another company, you will be only "so-so" at Clorox. Hard work and loyalty hardly get you noticed but being well connected (political) can. A bad review from one manager (whether you deserved it or not) can completely derail your career to the point that it may not be worth staying. The many awards meant to motivate and incent are becoming something of a joke with some and are creating a "Hunger Games" mentality with others. Very difficult to take a real vacation as most managers expect their direct reports to stay in constant contact with the office and regularly check emails at the very least, do work while on vacation at the most.
