Consistent job, great product to sell. Atmosphere is generally laid back among co-workers and immediate management.
Cons
No training. No sales aids, everything must be put together by sales rep, this time is not accounted for. Expected to do a little bit of everyone's job and it ultimately lacks focus. Results are not as strong as they should be for the #1 brand in the world.
