Pros
There are a ton of very smart and passion people here. You work on some really interesting and "fun" projects on some very good brands. Given the right access, everyday can be a learning experience and it will energize you. The Company tries to be very fair to its employees, but is very difficult to do in such a large organization. Love what The Company is doing about sustainability. They are really taking it to heart, maybe a little too much in some areas. Though The Company promotes Work-Life balance, it is difficult to do if you want to get ahead and be recognized.
Cons
Target selection which is a good processbut it is abused by hiring managers. Too many times it seems like a water sandwich. Have become disgusted even trying unless I know the hiring manager is strongly leaning towards me prior to the interview. Corporate side (International) is very difficult to penetrate if you come from CCNA. They would rather hire outside The Company. Operational effectiveness is very slow. Always the last to enter an new market. Many walk away from The Company due to not feeling they are contributing to The Company's direction. Really slow upper management decision making.
