Pros

Company car, fuel, education reimbursement.

Cons

Well where shall I start? I have held multiple positions in this company: Retail Account Representative, Account Manager, Account Development Manager, Territory Development Manager and District Sales Manager. The only position I have TRUELY enjoyed was Account Development Manager. The days are long working for CCE. Minimum 12 hours in just about any position. The pay is low. The company car is great when they give you a working, decent shape vehicle (but you still pay per paycheck for it). Stress. Who thought selling Coca-Cola would be so stressful? It is. Very. Communication? What is that? There are a few emails that get forwarded to you about 50 times and that is there "communication". I could go on and on.

Pros

Job benefits include health, dental, competitive salary. Coca-Cola has stood the test of time and is a large company with plenty of capital to compete on the largest field

Cons

Way too much paper flow of information. Account managers barely have a chance to keep on top of all their accounts, let alone execute priorities 100%

Pros

By and large the people who work for CCE are really wonderful. There is always a lot of effort and people really do want to do the right thing. The products we support are world class and I have found that if you do a great job, you are recognized for it.

Cons

Communication between centralized departments and the field offices is very very poor. This is also true between the sales side of the house and the operations side of the house. Often the right hand doesn not know (or care) what the left is doing.
