Money Money Money Money Money... Make sure your starting salary is REALLY pleasing to you because you will earn every last penny of it at Coke.

Cons

The workloads prevent you from enjoying the benefits ( holidays, early days off, onsite events). Working at coke is REALLY not for peple who are serious about having a worklife balance. You will have excellent benefits but you will not enjoy them because you will be working.....hard.

they are recession proof to some extent. I cannot think of any other reasons that I would want to work for this company it is one of the most unorganized, pass the buck places to work that I have ever incountered. Unless you have worked there for twenty years and got an understanding of the inner workings of this company you have no idea of how to do anything internally because theree is no formal training of their systems. everything is learn as you go at the customers expense.

Solid company work for. Looks impressive on a resume. Everyone loves Coca Cola.

Cons

Responsibility without authority. Employees are not treated well, its become a mentally hostile enviroment. Very long hours to do the required job well. Takes too long to get anything done right for the customers (new and existing)
