The travel and the time of hours per week. I didn't realize I would work 60 hours per week. I have to say that though the hours are long, the work is satisfying. I do sometimes feel like a maintainence man then a salesman.

It's run like an institution from the 1930's. They walk the halls to see when you come in, leave & return from lunch, etc. yet are always ready to reprimand you if you arrive late. Management tends to bully. Ridiculous hours required to get your work assignments done.
