Business Outlook
Pros
If you can get your job down and do a good job you are pretty much left alone. The stress levels are lower here than most sales jobs because you get paid regardless of what your numbers are and can even still earn a bonus. Benefits are decent and the work/life balance is good as long as you know what you are doing
Cons
Advancement is tough unless your one of the chosen ones. Salary is what it is. It does not jump much and if you have a tough year for bonuses you may be earning less this year than in previous years. Expect a 2-3% increase roughly for a good review
