Frequent restructuring, thus staff turnover which naturally comes with disruption to big projects underway, funding changes mid-stream, and loss of important intellectual capital that files simply can’t capture, as it walks out the door in the minds of talent headed to other Fortune 100 companies once talent inevitably tires of having to re-interview for their existing job or entirely new, formerly nonexistent roles within broadstroke changes to majority of business verticals when executive and senior levels completely churn every few years, Too much wasted talent and energy spent on creating and constantly re-editing PowerPoint documents for internal theatrics rather than client or bottler facing strategic plays,
