A lot of room to advance, great people to work with, reasonable workload

Cons

I know some of the property managers seemed a little experienced, although personally, I had a great supervisor.

Lots of room for professional and personal growth. You put in what you get out.

Cons

pay is the worst in town. A full time job pays less than if you got two minimum wage part time jobs. turnover is high
