      Pros

      The Community Light House is a company that I am proud to work for and would recommend both a career with or services through. The team I am on is vision driven and is a lighthouse for the community guiding families and children through different challenges. Quality care and services coupled with with an admin and leadership team who seeks the best for staff and our clients is a rarity- but that is what has been achieved here.

      Pros

      This is truly a supportive and empowering work environment. Leadership encourages employees to be their best selves and genuinely listens to feedback. They’re responsive—either making proactive changes or clearly explaining why certain processes are in place. Even during periods of growth, there’s a thoughtful effort to make onboarding both comprehensive and welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to work, learn, and grow professionally.

      Cons

      At this time, I haven’t experienced any notable cons—leadership is responsive, and challenges are approached with solutions in mind.

      Pros

      Everyone who works at TCLH is amazing! They are very supportive, kind, and passionate about the work they do! The organization is very value based, and it is shown everyday through every provider! It is an amazing organization, and I love how much they care about their employees!

      Cons

      I don't really feel there are any cons about TCLH. I would say there are cons about the field of work, and TCLH does very well with assisting its employees on managing those difficult times. Whether it is assisting in a crisis, encouraging people to take time off, and always prioritizing the provider's mental health.
