I've worked at The Connor Group for over three years, and it's been a great experience. The company's culture, chances for career growth, good pay, and benefits make it a great place to work if you want a company that cares about its employees and helps them develop. I've seen some other reviews, but honestly, The Connor Group isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's okay. It doesn't mean it's good or bad. It's about finding the job that suits you best. We're clear about what we expect, how much you'll work, and what you're accountable for right from the start. I encourage you to look for jobs that match what you want and where you want to go in your career. If our way of doing things aligns with your career goals, you'll find it a rewarding place to work.

The Connor Group actually lives out its core values in the field and at the central support office! I also loved that Dogs were roaming around at the central support office. My favorite part so far is they measure performance daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly. You will never have to guess how you're doing. The systems are designed for you to succeed if you just follow them. The ongoing training and investment in my leadership thus far have been mind-boggling. I have received more training in my 3 months than in my former job of 9 years. You get to work alongside elite-minded individuals who take pride in their work and their contributions. Excellence is actually rewarded and acknowledged. The Connor Group makes sure that career advancement is an option for all employees. Everyone who works here counts. Having GREAT benefits from day one is also plus and uncommon. Truly an unmatched company to be a part of.

You can really build a relationship with the people you work with and have success. They give perks if they think you are doing a good job on certain things.
