positive company culture and it starts with senior leadership, excellent benefits - I'd say one of the best, in depth onboarding training, opportunities for growth and development, supportive leadership, competitive salary, and major recognition for achievements.

Cons

High expectations for performance, but those high expectations drive you to better and grow within your role.

If you’re looking for a challenge or place to grow, this is the company. If you’re not willing to put in the work to really expand you knowledge and experience, you may not be a fit. This is a company that requires a lot because the rewards are high. - pay - leadership team - growth opportunities - benefits - culture

Cons

It’s going to take a minute to adapt to a culture that has high standards and is actually interested in pushing you. Most have never experienced that so, don’t let it catch you off guard. You won’t start off being the most knowledgeable in the room, but if you’re willing to learn and grow - the opportunities are very present.
