My manager walks the walk. I am held accountable while also supported. People give direct input, which improves my work. Nobody's lazy. The healthcare plan is solid. The focus is on the right things: goals, mindset, character, and results.

Cons

We're all intense about meeting personal and company goals, and sometimes intensity can be hard.
