Pros

Everyone in the offices other complexes are nice people.

Cons

They fire everyone! What they don't tell you in the 3 interviews you have or training is that if you don't make your goals you get fired without warning. And making goals aren't as easy when the properties have rats, mold, roaches. Plus they only believe in free marketing ie Craigslist that's it! So some days no one would come in but you are expected to make goals. They paint you a dream but it is all lies they don't care about anything but money. Property managers have been beat and had guns pulled on them and all they do is plug in the next person without saying anything to the new person or anyone else!! They even pay residents to post good reviews on apartment ratings!

Pros

The reward and recognition is like no other! The Connor Group has a great work ethic, and provides a great support system. As an employee, you are more than recognized and rewarded for your success. They are very understanding and flexible with schedules. They encourage you to set high expectations for yourself. They want you to climb the latter within the company, and they love to promote within. They are very upfront, they do not hide anything from you. They ask and want to know everyone's opinion.

Cons

The Connor Group is not a 9 to 5 job. You may have to put in a few extra hours to acheive your goals, but is very much worth it. It is fast-paced, high energy. To some that may a pro or a con. You must be able to juggle and multi task. No two days are the same! You must be thick skinned and should not take anything personal.

Pros

You don't have to come in till 12pm on black friday so that you can shop

Cons

No family work/life balance, unrealistic goals, stressful, no commission just a bonus if you reach a certain number of rentals and a certain percentage of renewals, sometimes you don't get a lunch, not paid for overtime it is taken off your check so that you only have 80 hours each week, constantly posting to craigslist 3 times every hour, shopped on everything, can't take vacation in the summer and they won't let you take a whole week any other time, training sucks, no promotion from within
