Pros

Decent physical environment. Gym on site. Good healthcare benefits

Cons

Toxic leadership. Crabs in a bucket mentality. Expectations are vague and blurry. Shady hiring process for prospects. The terms are never laid out fully. No formal HR department which makes firing easier. Expected to work 10 to 12 hour days on salary to avoid overtime. Expected to be personal helpdesk for the owners family. Work life balance is non existent if you want to stay there.

It's unfortunate to hear you feel the majority of your experience with us was negative. However, many of the claims in this review do not reflect how we operate. We set clear expectations, provide direct feedback, and hold leaders accountable for developing their teams. We do not condone dishonesty or unprofessional behavior. The pace and hours can be intense at times, but that is tied to performance expectations, not a lack of structure or support. We take feedback seriously and will continue holding our leaders to a high standard in how they communicate, develop others, and operate day to day.

Pros

Great opportunity to learn if sales is the right industry for you and plenty of commission thrown your way if you're willing to work for it. The managers and regional directors care and want to see you succeed, and they will hold you accountable. Perfect for anyone willing to grind and be gritty at their job. This isn't a "pushing papers" kind of desk work. This job is perfect for hospitality workers looking to transition into a high-energy sales position.

Cons

Hours can be draining on slow days and you'll have to learn to push past a lot of no's. If you're easily frustrated, this isn't for you.

Thanks for sharing your experience. The transition into a high-energy, performance-driven sales role is exactly what many associates are looking for, and it’s great to hear that the support from managers and regional leaders has made an impact. We also recognize that sales comes with its challenges, especially on slower days or when facing rejection. That resilience is a big part of succeeding here, and we appreciate the grit it takes to push through and perform.
