Amazing Company!!!

Pros

The people and culture are hands down the best I've ever experienced. Everyone is genuinely welcoming, supportive, and authentic, no fake vibes here. The company truly prioritizes doing the right thing, personal growth, and helping you excel in your career. Compensation is excellent (great base pay + strong commission/bonus potential), benefits are top-notch, and the 401k match is generous. There's a real sense of accomplishment and pride in the work—seeing properties thrive and residents happy makes the effort feel rewarding.

Cons

Really nothing, but it's not for everyone. The hours can be long (especially in property management/sales roles with resident needs, leasing events, and on-call responsibilities), but they're very rewarding when you see the results of your hard work

Appreciate you sharing this. High standards and meaningful rewards are intentional parts of how we operate. We know there are seasons that require longer hours, and those stretches are often tied to the same high-performance environment that drives results and growth!
