Pros

You can dress up but honestly that’s all that comes to mind for “pros”

Cons

Everything. They will do ANYTHING to close a deal with a potential resident- they don’t care if they can’t afford the rent after they sign. They will run a credit check on people, charging then hundreds, knowing they will be declined and out the hundreds. What they are doing to people is wrong. Nonetheless, they require you call the same person three times a day, email and text, blabbing about the same “deal” they keep everyday. It’s borderline harassing, “call now to get this deal”. Then they do it again the next day. If you challenge anything they say or do, they threaten to have their lawyers get involved. It’s comical- like rich spoiled children. Unless you want to acquire a large amount of bad karma. Don’t even work here.

Thanks for the feedback. Obviously you are very bitter about your exit from the company as your review contains nothing true what so ever. We absolutely ask our associates to give open honest feedback to help candidates make an educated decision. We have never or will we ever pay them for this or watch over their back as they do the reviews. I truly wish you the best in the future.

Pros

Decent salary is all I can think of.

Cons

Short list - bully and harass employees - Gossip is considered facts without any actual proof - Don’t care one bit about employees up to management and partners Gossip and hear say is taken by lead management as facts. This leads to employee harassment by VPs and senior management and it’s disgusting. They don’t care about partners or managers and it’s blatantly apparent. Obviously when people leave they have negative feedback but then this is taken and used as “facts” to attack anyone they don’t like for whatever reason and is a disgusting work culture. How they don’t have millions in wrongful termination lawsuits is beyond comprehension. Treat tenants like criminals and don’t even hold up their end of contracts as a company and threaten lawsuits and bully employees and tenants. There’s social media groups pointing out the horrendous business practices every time they take over a property. If your not in the popular crowd with the senior management then you’re treated like dirt and again I have seen three managers and heard gossip of partners being attacked with hearsay gossip and bullied and written up or fired for literally no reason other than a crappy employee who quit giving negative feedback with zero proof of any allegation provided. The Connor Group should learn how to support their employees, managers, seniors and partners with the respect they’ve earned and take any gossip and hearsay with the grain of salt it is instead of then attacking and threatening hard working employees. Stand up for your values because you say it’s all about the people but your ACTIONS scream louder than all of your words and you shouldn’t even be able to have employees if you don’t know how to treat them. If they fail, you fail. But when they succeed you may want to start treating them like they’re gold because your revenue is only that because of those people you treat like mud on the bottom of your shoe.
