-The Connor Group is very much an excellence/results driven organization. (meaning high standards and can be stressful) -The company has a well defined culture and attitude they work to maintain. While this is not a negative if you don't agree with their aims and goals it will be difficult to work here. -They do recognize and reward hard work, but within their own defined boundaries. -They provide support and training as you progress through your tenure. -They offer excellent benefits and long-term investment opportunities.

Cons

-The Connor Group is very much an excellence/results driven organization. (meaning high standards and can be stressful) -There is very little flexibility about work schedules and they prioritize in-office presence. -The company has a well defined culture and attitude they work to maintain. While this is not a negative if you don't agree with their aims and goals it will be difficult to work here. -They do recognize and reward hard work, but within their own defined boundaries.
