Pros

Always busy and have something to do lol

Cons

Always wanting to ad to your workload with the same small window for turns and tricked me into a alternate position I signed up for a matinence tech position I got it and they made a a turn tech expect 4 hour apartment turns which includes shampooing the carpet full roll out paint and cut in and trip and painting countertops and pressure washing and everything else and they will wonder why you are not done sooner

Sorry to hear the pace of our turn tech positions was not a match for you. One of the reasons we have such a thorough interview process and that we include a "Day in the Field" at the end is to avoid mismatches like this. In this case, it appears we failed with that process and I apologize for that. Hope you find success and happiness, best wishes.

Pros

There is nothing positive about the Connor group. Be aware of positive feedback for the Connor group (they are rigged). They lie, stretch the truth, manipulate, and deceive everyone with their company and properties. Everything that glitters is not gold.

Cons

-Lying -Sales tactics are out of this world abrasive and offensive -You are required to call future renters until they yell at you and tell you to stop calling. -You will most likely work at a property alone as a sales rep bc the goal is to not spend money on staff (providing poor customer service). -high turn over -You will be required to reach out to residents to ask them to leave positive reviews (and the Connor group pays them to do this) to balance their negative reviews -Manipulative -Con artist -Used car lot/time share sales tactics -Their motto is 1 out of 3 will stay. That should tell you something. -check out every source online about the Connor group.

Pros

My coworkers at my property are great - not upper level management.

Cons

Management - upper level Hours - over worked and underpaid for the amount of hours worked. Pay - underpaid, your workload is extreme for the amount of compensation. Lack of professional atmosphere - upper level management is not professional; gossips about employees all the time. Lack of ethics - company treats both employees and residents horribly. No backbone from upper level management
