I left another career field to join the connor group. It’s been a great experience so far. Great people, great leadership, great benefits. I love the culture - everyone is pulling in the same direction. High expectations. Deliver results and you will be rewarded. Great place to grow your career

Cons

Management works some Saturday’s but at least it’s not at night.

I can honestly say I truly enjoy waking up every morning and coming into work . The people,culture, and drive in this company is absolute phenomenal to be apart of! The most important aspect of the company, people, are real down to earth individuals who care and work together to achieve successes in all departments. Anyone who works hard and does the right thing has no limits to what they can achieve in this company while also enjoying a work life balance outside of the office. I highly recommend if you are looking to improve your your future and lifestyle!

Would like to see everyone get together more out of the office.
