Making the decision to work for The Connor Group has completely changed me as a leader. During this journey I have been challenged, motivated, and have even failed a few times in the process, but I would not change it for the world. I am surrounded by the best of the best and I have gained confidence in myself like never before. I work for a company who is relentless in the development of their teams, reward and recognize their people like I have never seen at any other employer, and keep their commitment to always make sure we know that "people count". Pros

The Culture - People truly count here! They will give you the tools you need to always push yourself to excellence. They also do a great job with reward and recognize. This can be with memos, awards, and actual gifts from your own personal wish list! The Communication - Bottom-up communication. The company is very transparent, good or bad news. You will always get honest and direct feedback. Benefits - Great benefits that continue to improve the longer you work here.

Cons

I have worked for TCG for almost 7 months and I can't say I have any cons.

Incredible pay, hard working employees and support staff, not your typical corporate America job, bonus compensation is through the roof crazy, good working hours for work life balance.

Cons
