Best Place to Work for lifelong Career

Pros

This job is a lifelong career, they train you from the bottom up, I love that you don't need prior experience to work here, just experience in the hospitality or customer service industry. They take your past life and mold it into your future through training and accountability. If you want something to challenge you daily, push you to your true potential, and pay well for doing it. This is the job for you. They are very transparent about this being one of the toughest jobs, but they also tell you it's one of the most rewarding, and so far....it is!

Cons

High turnover, this is because not everyone is right for the Connor Group. The downside to high turnover is there is a lot of training that happens with new associates, you invest your time and they quit.
