People are the key to success and you feel that day in and out. Culture is key! Sky's the limit in terms of growth at CG - you determine your success. You literally get what you put in to the company. You will have continued development no matter what role you are in. Benefits are incredible; another way the company shows you that people count.

Cons

This is was a pro as well, you get what you put in. If you're not willing to put in the time and dedication, this may not be the right fit for you.
