The Connor Group is very competitive with high reward. It has great benefits and culture with top leadership communication everyday. You must have grit and crazy work ethic to succeed here. We have award ceremonies to show off our accomplishments and improvements!

Cons

Turn over is high because we are so selective. This job is not for everyone.

Since joining the Connor Group in May of '21 I have enjoyed every step of the way. I think one of the best things about the job are the people. I have met so many like minded, hard working people who are not only my coworkers but my closest friends now. We work incredibly well as a team, always lift one another up and strive to be the best we can be together. The Connor Group also truly cares about their employees unlike many other companies who simply view you as another face in the crowd. They recognize your successes and make you feel appreciated. Reward and recognition isn't something that is ignored here!

Cons

This is not the job for you if you don't have grit and if you back away from ownership/accountability. If you mess up it will be addressed immediately. Which is not a bad thing at all since it makes you better in the long run but you just need to be able to handle the transparency.
