      Pros

      The Connor Group has high expectations that challenge every level of the business. You are given the training and tools you need to be successful and given incentives unlike anything I have seen at any other company when you are successful. The companys values are rooted in doing the right thing and all of my bosses up to Larry Connor himself truly exemplify our values daily. If you are looking for long term personal and professional growth and are willing to work hard- this may be a good fit for you.

      Cons

      There are long hours and you are expected to be accountable for your actions. If you do not do well with accountability this so not the job for you.

      Pros

      From the Team atmosphere to the exciting incentives the company offers makes The Connor Group a very attractive place to work. it is a very open environment where everyone is encouraged to contribute and share their ideas, regardless of your employment level. management is kind and understanding.

      Cons

      coming from a retail selling background, there are very few cons to working for The Connor Group. We strive to get better everyday. however, it is a very fast paced and you are expected to be prepared and to make contributions.

      Pros

      The training is comprehensive- they want you to be successful. Every employee has access to reach out within the company to obtain guidance or solutions. There is consistent feedback, positive or negative, and good performance is recognized and rewarded.

      Cons

      There are many responsibilities so effective time management is necessary. Work life balance could be easy to lose. Most employees come from outside the apartment industry so there is a huge learning curve.
