Awesome incentives that keeps workers motivated. Great team to work for. This was one of the few jobs I had where I loved waking up in the morning to go to work.

Cons

Some difficulties in balancing work life with personal life due to long hours.

They take very good care of ALL of their employees. Its awesome that everyone here has the same opportunity to become Partner with The Connor Group. And the fact that you can Transfer to other cities and states is a plus.

Cons

sometimes the hours cut into things. good thing is having a manger that will work with your schedule!
