Great place for a career. On going training and Advancement opportunity. All associates perform at an extremely high level and motivates others. Great team environment focused on the same objectives. Driven by Core Values.

Cons

If you are not willing to continuously learn and work hard to become the best, this is not for you. We do not give participation trophies.

Great systems when taught properly Good Pay Loyal to some Quick hiring process Usually come with bonuses Room to advance if willing to move

Cons

No Leadership training so everyone has their own style. (Most have no idea what Leadership actually means) Worst attitudes I've ever seen (rude, nasty, disrespectful) No job security Don't hold their employees accountable for not executing their core values. You'll be overworked without someone verbally saying "Thank You". Judged by Property Managers who aren't even allowed to interview and usually aren't the best people, but they are allowed to "suggest" you aren't a good fit. Lots of fear tactics and games "Devils Advocate".
