Pros

The training program at the home office is great.

Cons

Training in the field is terrible. The manager I was learning from was fired after a few days, so they shuffled me around three different properties before firing another manager and assigning that property to me. Talk about sink or swim.

Pros

Fast paced environment. Challenging, yet rewarding. The ability to think and act as the owner of your business. Reward and recognition program that is not only rewarding for the person receiving it, but equally rewarding for the one giving it. Our systems are simple, and when followed correctly, are highly effective. Training department that is always growing, and has some of the most talented trainers I have worked with in my career. Strong Core Values system that helps develop the culture, and helps you both personally and professionally. Hard work and dedication leads to excellent growth potential locally, as well as opportunities to help build markets in new areas.

Cons

The demands of the job are high at times, but that is what drives excellence. Certain times of the year are more demanding than others, but with prioritization and organization it can be managed effectively.
