A Company that Stands by their People
Pros
The benefits and time off you get with working at The Connor Group are truly unparalleled to any other company. This alone is reason enough to look into a career with this company. I cannot speak for the entire company, but for my region specifically, the people I work with are like family. This includes my direct manager and regional managers. I know they all care about me on a personal level which is hard to find at work in today's world. Rewards and Recognition are hard to receive but if you put in the work you will always be recognized for it. If you do the right thing you will have success in your job with this company.
Cons
This is not really a con but more of a an idea of what it takes to succeed with The Connor Group. The job itself is easy but the work is hard. This being said, this job is ONLY for someone who is willing to come in everyday and put in the work. You have to have thick skin because the company and management is always going to push you to do more.
