Pros

The environment continues to challenge me on a daily basis. Doing the right thing is what truly matters to this company. They expect you to be relentless, motivate and inspire, and do the right thing. You will always be pushed past your limits to continue growth and development at all levels. The culture is what truly makes this company so successful. The belief in the systems we execute on a daily basis, the relentless desire to win and ability to problem-solve independently is incomparable to any other company I have worked for.

Cons

If you don't want to win, don't see critical feedback as learning or don't enjoy owning your own actions, this is not the fit for you.

Pros

Rewarded when you are doing a great job. Clear Communication of all company aspects from future planning to our community outreach. Full Transparency from Top to Bottom. Work with like minded peers, where everyone wants to WIN.

Cons

Not a Con - Just the truth, We offer Direct Feedback. That can be a good thing if you are doing great, it can be a bad thing if you are not doing the right things or performing to our standard.

Pros

-Genuine focus on doing what's right for kids and the community. -Colleagues are wonderful. Friendly, motivated, have high standards for themselves and others. -Resources to do work -Accountability system for completion of work and projects -Compensation and benefits. I was really impressed when I had to make an adjustment to my benefits plan. It was substantive and unexpected. My boss offered to make the adjustment before I even thought about bringing it up to him. Super generous.

Cons

-Long hours (I generally don't mind this because I work long hours anyway, but it can make family arrangements challenging at times)
