Pros

The Connor Group definitely cares about their employees. The benefits, pay and reward and recognition program are all beyond what could be asked for. The company really makes an effort to show how much they appreciate hard work.

Cons

(*NOT NECESSARILY A CON*) The company culture demands attention to detail and strong work ethic. You really have to commit yourself to your job. As long as you care about producing quality work there really aren't many cons.
