Pros

The Connor Group offers great health benefits and 401(k) which are huge pluses. Management wants to see associate growth and they challenge and reward people who work hard and perform well. Also, the people I work with are great! People are willing to go above and beyond in their roles to help out and make sure they're doing a good job. Overall, I think the strong company performance and investment in associates is a reflection of The Connor Group's strong culture and core values.

Decent pay IF you are new to the industry - but comparable if you have experience.

Cons

As the PCM you will work more than one weekend per month (as you are told in your interview). Bonuses are quarterly (and capped despite your results or achievements) AND your direct reports bonus monthly.
