      Pros

      Great training program, they will teach you everything that you need to know about sales. Amazing rewards & recognition program for employees. Regional and property managers are extremely easy to talk to and will bend over backwards to help you if you ask for help. There is a real "family" atmosphere in the office which makes working a lot more enjoyable! There are also limitless career growth opportunities in every field within this company.

      Cons

      As with any commission/sales job you're under constant pressure to meet your sales goal. Many associates rely on their commission checks to support themselves which creates even more stress & pressure.

      Pros

      Very rewarding job as long as you're willing to work hard. Good hours. Benefits are awesome (health & dental, 401-K, vacation & personal time). On-going training to ensure everyone is on the same page.

      Cons

      The job requires time management and organizational skills. In order to be successful you have to be a hard worker. You also need to be open to constructive criticism and really listen to advice that people give you.

      Pros

      The Connor Group recognizes hard work & results and they reward you for it with bonuses as well as advancement opportunities. They encompass the work hard, play hard mentality. The amount of training given is by far the best I have seen. There is also a great work life balance!!

      Cons

      If you aren't willing to put in the time to make your property successful then this is not a good company for you. Like most companies, success is not handed to you so expect to explain why goals weren't met.
