Pros

This is a company with great people to work with. The company has solid benefits included ranging from salary to bonuses to insurance to 401K.

Cons

The Atlanta Region is limited on positions after property manager. In order to be successful, you will have to have a very strong work ethic and be prepared for working 50 plus hours a week including Saturdays and possibly Sundays.

-Working with people -Reward you for doing your job by giving you gifts off of a wish list -Bonuses -Company cares about their employees-- when you are at a property that sells or refinances you get a bonus -Promote people within the company -Constantly push you to improve and are always working with you to make your selling technique better -Very hands on company

Cons

-long hours -sometimes stressful to meet numbers, but thats any sales job -Seems to have a lot of turnover at properties. Mangers/sales are moved around a lot.

The Connor Group is an outstanding company to work for. The company promotes from within, allowing anyone to move up and eventually even have part ownership! The job is very rewarding and goal focused. The best part is if you work hard, you are going to get rewarded for it. The company goes above and beyond to make sure you are recognized for what you have accomplished. They believe that people count and know how valuable the employees are to the organization.

Cons

This is not a 9 to 5... Hours can be long. At the same time though, it is sales...so that should be expected!
