The Connor Group is a company that places a strong emphasis not only on achievements but on the value of their employees. It is a high energy organization that is packed with new opportuinities and challenges each day. The opportunities are endless for any employee that is driven to grow professionally. Being a single mother is very difficult while working full-time but at The Connor Group they understand and provide a family friendly environment where work/life balance is important.

Cons

I have no complaints in the 2 plus years I have been employed. I am completely happy and plan on retiring from this organization.

Fun environment with energetic people! Good pay with great benefits! Great mixture of talent and wonderful melting pot of people. Successful company that demands perfection from all its employees!

Cons

There is a lack of structure in some areas. Some of the employee structuring does not make sense. Some employees do not fit our core values or culture.

Hard work does pay off. Even though getting through a project may take some time and quite a bit of stress, The Connor Group does a great job of letting their employees know they are appreciated.

Cons

The interview process is lengthy and a bit confusing. A candidate is not quite sure when the process will end.
