Cons

- I work a lot, but I want a career not a job, so I'm fine with this. But if you are looking for a "9-5:00" this is not be the right place for you. I invest my time here but in return my company invest in me.

The money is ok if you work for a good manager and hit your sales quotas. You get to me a wide variety of people.

Cons

Bonus structure varies from property to property. Upper management is completely unethical and no matter how well you do your job they will cut you down. Everyone is in it for themselves.

Everyone in the offices other complexes are nice people.

Cons

They fire everyone! What they don't tell you in the 3 interviews you have or training is that if you don't make your goals you get fired without warning. And making goals aren't as easy when the properties have rats, mold, roaches. Plus they only believe in free marketing ie Craigslist that's it! So some days no one would come in but you are expected to make goals. They paint you a dream but it is all lies they don't care about anything but money. Property managers have been beat and had guns pulled on them and all they do is plug in the next person without saying anything to the new person or anyone else!! They even pay residents to post good reviews on apartment ratings!
