      This is a company that recognizes hard work. A very rewarding company to work for. The time that The Connor Group invest in the training is amazing. One of the few companies that takes you from 0 to 100 in a very short time , getting you up to par and getting you ahead. Always room for the next level of advancement,

      They demand the best from there employees ,you have to be physically and mentally prepared to do the job.The work is very hard but the reward and recognition out weighs it all.

      Pros

      I started with the Connor group a little less then 3 years ago as a turn tech. I worked hard and it was recognized. I was promoted to lead tech in only a few months. I continued to work hard at that position and as a result of that I was promoted again in barely a year. If your looking for a career this is the place for you. Dedicated and take pride in your work? You'll do well with this company.

      Cons

      The atmosphere can be quite hectic at times, and the pace isn't for everyone.
