Pros

I have worked for the Connor Group as a PCM for nearly four years. You must be a hard worker and have a great work ethic. The company puts systems in place for you to follow and if you do you will be successful. You will also see the reward for your hard work. The senior management does a good job of recognizing hard work and achievements. I continue my career with The Connor Group because I know with continued hard work I can rise in the company.

Cons

The stress can be a lot to manage but it also helps push my success. The hours of operation can be difficult for vacations and off time.

Pros

The reward and recognition is like no other! The Connor Group has a great work ethic, and provides a great support system. As an employee, you are more than recognized and rewarded for your success. They are very understanding and flexible with schedules. They encourage you to set high expectations for yourself. They want you to climb the latter within the company, and they love to promote within. They are very upfront, they do not hide anything from you. They ask and want to know everyone's opinion.

Cons

The Connor Group is not a 9 to 5 job. You may have to put in a few extra hours to acheive your goals, but is very much worth it. It is fast-paced, high energy. To some that may a pro or a con. You must be able to juggle and multi task. No two days are the same! You must be thick skinned and should not take anything personal.

Pros

Good Compensation, Reward and Recognition Program, good working environment (soon to be moving to a new state of the art facility) are all benefits of working at The Connor Group.

Cons

The bar is set high at this company. To fit in to this company's culture requires a thick skin and an understanding that extra hours will be required. If you want an 8-5 job, this is not the place for you.
