      Pros

      Good compensation, learn a lot about apartment leasing and property management, clear goals for the month

      Cons

      No worklife balance- unethical decisions made by higer ups that affect residents at property which then affect your sales and goal metrics- teamwork is frowned upon as individual accountability is expected To the extreme. Not placed at property right away- lots of movement in Chicago Market. Quick to let go and will use their own core value of thinking long term not short term as a reason to let you go if you have a couple of bad months. Unethical sales tactics enforced to achieve results. Any deviation from their sales tactics result in termination. Writes ups not agiven will simply terminate.

As you can see from many reviews, that is what the vast majority of our associates love about working here.       They'll work you to death. Pay you the absolute minimum. And make you do things that conflict with your morals.

      Good start but get worse as you go

      Pros

      If you stick it out 5 years, it's free health insurance. Good senior maintenance, they were good teachers.

      Cons

      Crazy turn goals, gotta do everything in house except carpet laying. Different property every 4 to 6 months, can't trust the regional mangers. Pointless award breakfast, it's way of corporate to show employees how much millions they made off of your work.
