No work life balance, HORRIBLE leadership, they won't provide you the resources you need to take care of residents, they beg you to leave good reviews on Glassdoor, no HR department is a red flag, they treat people horribly

We’re proud of the compensation we offer and the strong sales training you mentioned. That said, we take issue with a few of the claims here. We don’t beg anyone to leave reviews. We encourage associates to share honest feedback, whether it's good, bad, or in between, because transparency is how we improve. And no, the absence of a traditional HR department doesn’t mean we don’t support our people. We’ve chosen a structure that reflects our high-accountability culture and allows leaders to work directly with associates. We’re not perfect, and if you felt unsupported or mistreated, that’s something we take seriously. But we also believe in addressing issues head-on, not through generalizations.
