      Hour lunch break to get peace before the daily grind of begging people to lease units .

      Cons

      Poor working conditions and horrible management that treated Tennants poorly.

      Pros

      I have been with TCG for just under 6 months and have learned more about how to be a successful business leader than in any of my previous roles. Coupling sales and operations together to see how revenue is tracked while taking individual accountability to unparalleled heights is not something that my previous roles emphasized as well as TCG does. I am excited to go into work each day and put my grit to the test to exceed goals. This job is for people with extreme discipline and a desire to win and the mental and emotional rewards are endless.

      Long hours, but fulfilling when you love what you do :)

      -Always challenged and pushed to grow -Surrounded by elite performers that inspire and motivate you to be better every day -Generous benefits and Rewards and Recognition -Investment in training and development -We live and breathe the Core Values

      Cons

      -Long hours, little work/life balance-this is common for high performance people. -There is a learning curve that, for the first few months, makes you feel like a failure. Keep pushing forward, follow the systems and you will get it. The best way to describe it is very humbling.
